A direct bus taking you from major Tokyo connection hub Shinjuku, all the way to the festival site and back, taking all the stress out of planning your journey to Naeba. Sit back and enjoy the ride!
The direct bus service will be reserved solely for entrance ticket holders. If you have purchased entrance tickets already without purchasing direct bus seats that’s OK ;] as the direct bus service can be added to your entrance ticket…don’t be late as there are limited numbers on the bus!

NOTES ABOUT DIRECT BUS SERVICE
・Adult’s and children’s fares are the same price.
・Children of 6 years age or less can use the direct bus service free of charge in the company of an adult or guardian, but will not be allocated a seat.
・The direct bus service will be sold solely from entrance tickets and can be added later.
・Buses No.8/No.9/No.10 depart from the festival site late at night. For example, if you are participating with a one-day ticket on the 24th (Friday), please use bus No.8 (departing from the festival site at 1am on the 25th).
[!CAUTION!]
This direct bus service does not include camping at Pyramid Garden. Direct bus and Camping tent rental at Pyramid Garden and campsite ticket purchasers can camp at Pyramid Garden.
DIRECT BUS Terms of Use
・Check-in is 20 minutes prior to departure both from Sinjuku and from Festival site.
・ Please make sure to come to departure point earlier because tour bus will leave on time.
・Buses will leave as soon as full.
・ We are not responsible If your bus is behind schedule due to traffic delays by road works or natural disaster, etc (no refunds or cancellations).
・ We take no responsibility for any travel delays that you may experience.
・Trolleys or wheeled vehicles are not allowed either in checked or carry-on baggage.
・ We expect cooperation from all passengers as there is no smoking permitted on bus.
・ Please place mobile phones on vibrate mode or silent and refrain from talking on the phone.
・ There is a possibility of your seat being an auxiliary seat (except midnight express bus).
ABOUT LIST OF RESTRICTED ARTICLES IN CHECKED AND CARRY-ON BAGGAGE
-DANGEROUS GOODS-
Dangerous goods aboard a bus is prohibited by law.
Explosive articles (included over 100g fire works), Petrol, Kerosene, Gas oil, Alcoholic Beverages, Other ignition liquid, Explosive material, Corrosion material etc.
-KNIVES-
Carrying any kind of knives aboard is prohibited. Please place in checked baggage.
–PETS-
Not allowed either in checked or carry-on baggage.
ABOUT CANCELLATION OF BUS
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the direct bus service on that date may be cancelled. In this case, we will send an email to you by June 30.We will not cancel or refund your festival entrance ticket in this case.

CAMPING
For those of you travelling to Japan with your own camping gear, we offer camping tickets for sale, which give you access to the onsite campsite at the cost of 6,000yen. These are purchasable with a festival ticket, and full terms and conditions can be found along with ticket info here.
CAMPING TENT RENTAL
We are pleased to introduce a tent rental service, for the convenience of festival visitors travelling from overseas. Why worry about overweight luggage and lumping gear through a busy city, when you can simply turn up and be ready to go! Rental tent will be set up in campsite area.
Remember there are a limited number of tents to rent so get in quick!
TENT RENTAL Terms of Use
・This tent rental requires advance application only. You cannot apply for a tent rental on the day of the festival site.
・Tent rental service does not include campsite ticket. To entry the campsite, you need to purchase a campsite ticket.
・The specifications of the rental tent may change on the day.
・Tent rental service does not include other camping gears such as sleeping bag, etc, except tent and ground sheet and lantern. Please bring other camping gear by yourself.
・We do not allow you to specify or move the location installed a tent in campsite.
・We will notify the details such as tent pick-up location and time at a later date.
・Tent rental will be operated by festival organizer at the festival site.
[LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS]
You may have to contribute to the cost of repair if your tent and ground sheet are damaged or lost. Please take proper care of your tent and ground sheet and lantern. In addition, it is a rental product, there is no problem with minor scratches or stains, so please use it with confidence.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
・CAMPING TENT RENTAL AT PYRAMID GARDEN CAMPSITE is a plan exclusively for customers using the direct bus service.
・If you are only applying for the direct bus and have a campsite ticket, you will be using the main campsite and will not be allowed to use the Pyramid Garden Campsite.
・Even if you apply for a direct bus and a rental tent at Pyramid Garden, you will not be able to set up your own tent at Pyramid Garden. You will only be able to use the rental tents that are already set up.
Eligible participants are as follows:
Case1：Those who apply for both the direct bus and a rental tent at the same time.
Case2：Those who have already applied for the direct bus and then apply for a rental tent. In this case, we will need to match your orders, so please enter the order number of your direct bus in the Remarks section.
Case3：Those who apply for a rental tent and then apply for the direct bus at a later date. In this case, we will need to match your orders, so please enter the order number of your rental tent in the Remarks section when you apply for the direct bus. If we are unable to confirm your final purchase of the Direct Bus, your order will be canceled.

Hotel Terms of Use and Notes
・For consecutive nights, trash will be removed and towels will be replaced, but there will be no equipment replacement or room cleaning during your stay. If you require this service, please contact the front desk.
An additional fee of 4,000 yen (tax included) per room each time will be charged at the front desk upon check-out. *Prices are subject to change.
・Naeba Prince Hotel has smoking and non-smoking rooms depending on the building and floor, however, we cannot accept any requests or changes during Fuji Rock Festival.
・Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge, but the hotel does not provide any bedding or meal services.
・Elementary school students (ages 7 and over) and above are charged the same as adults.
・Breakfast not included
・Even guests staying at the hotel cannot use the Naeba Prince Hotel parking lot for free. If you are coming by car, please purchase a parking ticket at the same time as your admission ticket. Parking tickets cannot be purchased separately.
・A voucher with guest names and details will be sent by email in mid-July.

Reservations for direct buses and tent rentals and accommodation will close once they are sold out.
HOW TO PAY
You can pay by credit card or eCheck through PayPal which are the same methods as the festival ticket.
ABOUT CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING
If you cancel your reservation after payment for personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be applied depending on when you cancel.
We will not cancel or refund your festival entrance ticket and campsite ticket, and will not refund ticket handling fee.
